Your keys

Siobhan or one of our house managers will meet you at the house with the keys and show you round.

Parking

• On the driveRoom for about five cars, and you can drive straight in and out.
• On the streetFree parking out front, but please use the drive where you can.
• Electric car chargingThe charger is on the left as you look at the house, by the bins. It's not available 8am to 11am every day, or 4pm to 10pm on weekdays.

Getting here

• By carThe house is on a private estate and most gates need a fob. Come in through the entrance off Station Road.
• By trainAngmering is the nearest station.
• By planeLondon Gatwick is the nearest main airport. Brighton City Airport in Shoreham is about 10 miles away.

Rooms

• Living roomBright, comfy and made for doing nothing.
• BedroomsAll beds made up with linen. Two pull out single beds and a baby cot are available, just give us notice so we can get linen ready.
• KitchenRange oven with baking trays, pans and utensils, a Miele dishwasher with tablets, fridge freezer, microwave and a Nespresso machine with 20 pods to get you started. The dining table seats ten.
• Cinema roomSmart TV and a cosy sofa.
• Games cabinAir conditioned, with a pool table that turns into a table tennis table and a smart TV. Bring your games consoles and an HDMI cable and plug straight in.
• GardenLawns, dining areas and an outdoor kitchen.

Good to know

• BBQ and outdoor kitchenCovered seating and a built in gas BBQ. Gas and utensils are supplied, with running water, lighting and wifi out there too. Please give it a clean after use.
• Hot tubPlease shower first if you're wearing oils or creams. The temperature drops on its own if the lid is left open. We check the chemicals at every check out, and if you're staying a week or more we may need to pop in.
• Play areaLawn, small football goals, a climbing frame (baby seat attachments available), a trampoline, and the pool and table tennis table in the cabin.
• PicnicsThere's a picnic hamper and cool bag for beach trips. Please only take the plastic plates and cups. Freezer blocks are in the freezer.
• Air conIt's in the master bedroom upstairs. Please switch it off when you're out.
• BinsAt the side of the house. Collection is early Monday morning, with recycling and general waste on alternate weeks.
• GardenersThey mow and tidy on Mondays, usually in the afternoon. Let us know if that doesn't suit.
• CleaningWe can send cleaners while you're out, at £30 an hour. Just book ahead.
• Food deliveryWe can take in an online food order before you arrive and unpack it for you. Book ahead and let us know the delivery time.

A few things that help us keep the house lovely for everyone.

• No smoking insideIf you smoke outside, please get rid of your cigarette ends properly.
• Shoes off insideAnd no high heels on the stairs, please.
• Treat it like homeAnd leave it the way you found it.
• Extra guestsOnly by arrangement with us first.
• Stay safeFollow the safety guidance and please don't use any dangerous or unauthorised electrical devices.
• Tell us about damageIf anything breaks or goes wrong, let us know straight away. It happens, and it's easier to fix early.

• The beachTurn left out of the front door and you're there in a minute or two.
• RustingtonOur local village, with everything you might need.
• WorthingA lively seaside town with independent places to eat and galleries.
• ArundelTen minutes by car, or hop on the train. The castle and the old town have things on all year.
• GoodwoodThe motor circuit and racecourse are half an hour away and host big, sold out events through the year.
